Review: Black Haze Manhwa

[Spoiler Alert!!]

Black Haze tells a story about a boy who was presumably around the age of 4 to 6 years old when he was found inside of a room, chained from others. He was then taken in by a young boy who he later serves as "Master".

By the age of 15, he already had mastered the title of a high class magician. "Black Magician" was the name known to the public eyes. He always had been receiving special mission until a Dutchess lady come by and entrusted her son's school life with him. Life just doesn't get messier.

Getting into school when you know almost everything, the "Black Magician" aka Blow was given a new identity which was "Rood Chrishi". A sickly child who had just transferred in to Helios Academy.

Here, every high class magician has their own keyphrase to awaken their powers. "Rood Chrishi's" keyphrase happens to be [Blow]. After saying that, he changes from a small and petite young man into a tall and bass sound badass.

At first it was just Rood Chrishi and this gloomy looking dude,Lidusis.

Lidusis Dien Artian was called [Monster] because of an incident that went waay back when he was a child. But as days went by, Rood's determination grows until most people think he was attached to Lidusis when reality is that he wants to finish the mission fast, and go home.. away from school and its trouble. Oh that pointy and spiky long silver hair was supposed to make him look gloomy and all.

See my point? But hey, they always give some special credit to gloomy and freaky guys is.. when they take out that front "bushes", a Bishie always lies beneath it. When I first saw it, I was like "Yeah we all knows what you've been keeping" . It's actually like watching Naruto and always wondering how does Kakashi sensei would look like without his mask. Trust me, lots of people tried to google it. Been there, done it.

Then came Dio Varus into view. He was placed first (from the last).. So, Mr.Last here got involved with both Rood and Lidusis as his friend though I have yet to know what Dio's motives are. Let's be positive for a moment.. Maybe, he just wanted..a friend?

After going through many.. er "things", we see a dragon and I had to think that suspicious looking thing as Dio. I was screaming "that was deffinitely Dio". Look at him. The hair, well its light blue..screw that..I meant the body color and eyes.

The author had yet to explain which form is the real Dio, but Rood kept saying Dio will still be him no matter what form he take. Clishe huh. Well, even if needed to told someone in that kind of situation.. that's probably the best thing. Cuz you don't go harsh and throw reality on other people's face. That's cruel..

Eventhough Rood aka Blow accepted you, other people may not.

Humph..there's probably one person who would accept you.. and his name is not Ming Ming!

Next we have my kind of favorite character, Shicmuon

Shicmuon

Hey don't get me wrong, I still love Rood aka Blow. But this guy.. it's like he has double personality or something. When he awakens into [Shicmuon] he turns into "Shicmuon". Haha.. dayum, it's because he doesn't want to hide his identity like Rood, so he's still Shicmuon no matter what he do.

At first, he looks like some quiet dude, amirite? But what can I say, quiet dude's been keeping something bottled up inside. He actually been keeping..some.. obsession towards the [Black Magician] that as soon as he learned that the [Black Magician] is at Helios (the magic Academy)

Yea uh..He burned his school uniform. This dude seriously got some screw loose.

It's full of moments of laughter and awkwardness. Still a going on project, but its worth the wait. Now we will see what's more to Rood aka Blow's past. Eventhough there's been some part on the story where gloomy guy, Lidusis's character's appearance once in a blue moon. This Manhwa is quite new to me (I lied). Been reading this ever since people started to publish it publicly.
